Fortnightly Visit Information
For love in the mist to fulfil any grave care services order you may place with us, we will need to know certain information regarding your deceased loved one, including, name, date of birth, cemetery and grave reference.
It will help to have this information to hand, when booking your grave care visit. If you don't have this information, we can help you to locate the information.
Grave Reference Information
For all deliveries, we will need the 'Grave Reference' information. This is the specific identifier for each Grave and is essential for delivering your chosen service. The reference is located on the back of your loved ones' memorial headstone and is usually located along the bottom and will look similar to this:
It can also be located on the Deeds for the Grave, this document would have been issued to the person who arranged the burial. If neither of these are available, you can contact the Local Authority responsible for the Cemetery your loved one is located.
You will need to have the deceased person's full name, their date of birth and the Cemetery they are located in. You may be charged a fee by the Local Authority to retrieve this information. Alternatively, if you have the full name and their date of birth, 'Love in the Mist' can locate the Grave for you, we have a standard administration fee of £25.00 for this service. If you wish for us to locate the Grave for you, please contact us.
Floral Tribute Options
Standard Floral Tribute
This is our standard floral display that will be placed at each grave care visit. Our Standard display is sufficient to amply fill two standard plinth pots.

Medium Floral Tribute
You can increase your floral display from our standard size to a medium bouquet, for an additional £7.00 per grave care visit. Our medium floral display is sufficient to amply fill two standard plinth pots and one medium sized ground spike vase. We provide a plain ground spike vase with the order to accommodate the additional flowers.
Additional Cost: £7.00 per visit
Large Floral Tribute
You can further increase your grave care floral display to a large bouquet, for an additional £14.00 per visit. Our large floral display is sufficient to amply fill two standard plinth pots and two medium sized ground spike vases. We provide two plain ground spike vases with your order to accommodate the additional flowers.
